Activities

Yoga
Yoga asana is a discipline of movement through poses that enhances the strength and flexibility of the body. Together with Pranayama (breathing techniques), it provides a flow of energy which regenerates the cells. It is crucial to dedicate some time daily to work with the body, because a healthy body is the root of all spiritual progress.

Ayurveda
Known as the ‘science of life’ and passed on by Indian sages, Ayurveda is an integrative and individualistic approach to health that considers mind-body-spirit as one. It is a life style that promotes overall wellbeing, joyfulness and longevity. You will learn about how to integrate Ayurvedic tools into your daily life and feel the difference they can make.

Meditation
Active consciousness meditations, usually involving rhythmic breathing, will be guiding you into your subconscious and help to access deeper layers of your being. These techniques are practiced in groups for best results, and awaken dormant energies (also called Kundalini) of the practitioners. Silent meditations will also be strongly encouraged and guided, in order to fully ground and integrate the powerful experiences lived in the active meditations.

Sound Healing
Sound is one of the most powerful mediums that affect our state of mind, and it directly impacts the frequency at which our body vibrates. Live sounds of certain instruments has been proven to harmonize and regenerate the cells in our bodies, releasing stagnant energies and creating space for healing. You will be absorbing high frequency sounds during long and deep sessions of sound baths every day during your stay.

Live Kirtan
Also known as ‘food for the soul’. Kirtan is a powerful way to connect with divine energy through devotional chanting. It is a call-and-response musical experience that opens the heart of all who join, as we immerse in sacred mantras and blissful sounds of Indian instruments.

Breath Work

Water Blessing
Balinese life is dedicated to ceremony, offerings and celebration, and that is possibly why the local people are always so blissful! These ceremonies have very powerful effects when they are done with an open heart and faith, and are open to all backgrounds and religions. You will experience the purifying energy of water and fire ceremonies led by local priests, which will connect you with a sacred culture and yourself.

Fire Ceremony

Nature Excursion
We will connect with the abundant nature of the island by going on a trip far out of the city, where the healing energy of the waters and mountains can be experienced straight away. Spending time in nature helps us connect to ourselves, and gives us the opportunity to remember our own original blissful nature.

Your guides for this journey have been living in Bali for over three years, exploring the gems of the island. Their individual studies of music, self-healing and holding space for group retreats brought them together to combine their practices and offer a unique experience of Yoga, Sound Healing, Ayurveda, Meditations and Nature immersions.
